
Astazi se implineste o saptamana de cand am achizitionat aparatul de gofre de la KitchenShop. Il aveam pe wishlist de aproximativ un an, iar intamplarea a facut sa primesc un email saptamana trecuta in care anunta ca este redus. L-am rezervat imediat in magazin pentru a fi sigura ca il voi gasi, si de indata ce mall-ul s-a deschis, am fost prezenta sa-l ridic cu mare nerabdare 😁 .
De atunci nu a trecut nicio zi fara sa fac o reteta noua de vafe, spre disperarea *le husbandului 😅. Am inceput cu reteta originala de vafe belgiene pe care o stie toata lumea, cat sa testez aparatul, apoi am inceput sa combin ingrediente si sa creez propriile retete.
Am ales trei retete pe care le consider echilibrate si pe care le-am apreciat amandoi la fel de mult, astfel incat le-am inclus pe lista pentru brunch-ul cu prietenii nostri.
Reteta #1: Vafe cu branza cottage si iaurt grecesc
Ingrediente
- 6 gofre
3 oua
50g zahar
2 linguri ulei cocos lichid (20ml)
100g faina
100g branza cottage
150g iaurt grecesc 2%
50ml lapte
esenta de vanilie
1/3 plic praf de copt (aprox. 3g)

Instructiuni
- Intr-un bol se bat ouale cu zaharul pana isi dubleaza volumul si zaharul este dizolvat.
- Se adauga restul ingredientelor si se mixeaza pana la omogenizare (nu foarte mult, sa nu iasa aerul din oua).
- Se coc vafele in aparat, conform instructiunilor.
Reteta #2: Vafe cu ciuperci, mozzarella si spanac
Ingrediente
- 4 gofre
2 oua
75g faina
100ml lapte
100g mozzarella
4 ciuperci (aprox. 80g)
50g spanac congelat frunze
1 lingura ulei cocos lichid 10ml
sare si piper dupa gust
1/3 plic praf de copt (aprox. 3g)

Instructiuni
- Prima data se dezgheata spanacul si se scurge de excesul de apa.
- Se curata ciupercile si se spala. Se taie bucati mici.
- Mozzarella se da prin razatoare.
- Intr-un bol se bat ouale cu sare si piper pana isi dubleaza volumul.
- Se adauga laptele, uleiul, faina si praful de copt si se mixeaza pana la omogenizare.
- Se adauga ciupercile, mozzarella si spanacul, si se incorporeaza in aluat cu ajutorul unei spatule.
- Se coc vafele in aparat, conform instructiunilor.
Reteta #3: Vafe cu mere si scortisoara
Ingrediente
- 4 gofre
2 oua
500g mere
100g faina
100ml lapte
2 plicuri zahar vanilinat, 16g
10g scortisoara macinata
1/3 plic praf de copt (aprox. 3g)

Instructiuni
- Se spala si se curata merele de coaja. Se dau prin razatoare si se amesteca cu scortisoara. Se lasa deoparte.
- Intr-un bol se bat ouale cu zaharul pana isi dubleaza volumul.
- Se adauga laptele, faina si praful de copt si se mixeaza pana la omogenizare.
- Se adauga merele si se incorporeaza in aluat cu ajutorul unei spatule.
- Se coc vafele in aparat, conform instructiunilor.
