
De cativa ani am adoptat postul intermitent ca stil de viata, iar aceasta budinca proteica cu chia si ovaz a devenit prima masa a zilei pentru noi, de luni pana vineri. Nu am ajuns la varianta aceasta din prima incercare; a fost un proces lung in care am tot testat, am adaugat si am eliminat ingrediente pana cand am obtinut echilibrul perfect pentru gustul nostru. Desi reteta mai sufera mici modificari in functie de sezon sau de obiectivele nutritionale de moment (fie ca ne dorim mai multe fibre sau un aport mai mare de proteine), aceasta este varianta care, in acest moment, mi se pare cea mai reusita. 💪
Sunt genul de persoana care functioneaza bine cu rutina. Imi place predictibilitatea si siguranta pe care mi-o ofera lucrurile bine organizate. Planificarea meselor se potriveste perfect cu stilul meu de viata, iar aceasta „constanta” ma ajuta sa imi structurez mult mai usor ziua. In fiecare dimineata, imi beau cafeaua cu *le husband si povestim despre diverse, in timp ce el pregateste aceasta budinca proteica pentru prima masa a zilei. Este un mic ritual al nostru la care tin foarte mult. Dupa acest inceput linistit de zi, fiecare dintre noi isi incepe activitatile, in timp ce budinca se „gateste” singura timp de cateva ore pana vine ora pranzului.
De ce o sa-ti placa aceasta budinca proteica:
- Satioasa si bogata in fibre: Fulgii de ovaz si fibrele de psyllium asigura o eliberare lenta a energiei, fiind combinatia ideala pentru a mentine senzatia de satietate pentru mai multe ore.
- Aport ridicat de proteine: Pe langa pudra proteica si iaurt, semintele de chia si cele de dovleac aduc si ele un aport valoros de proteine vegetale si nutrienti esentiali. Aceasta combinatie transforma un bol clasic de ovaz intr-o masa completa, excelenta pentru sustinerea masei musculare si usor de adaptat in functie de obiectivele tale.
- Textura cremoasa: Secretul consta in hidratarea ingredientelor. Eu las toata compozitia la hidratat aproximativ 2 ore, timp in care ajunge la consistenta perfecta.
- Arata ca un desert: Decorata la final cu fructe proaspete, aceasta budinca arata atat de bine incat pare un desert. Si cine spune ca prima masa a zilei nu poate fi desert? 😉

Ingredientele de care ai nevoie:
- Fulgi de ovaz: Sursa excelenta de carbohidrati complecsi si fibre, care ofera energie pentru mai multe ore si sustin digestia. Pentru mine, fulgii de ovaz fini de la Sanovita sunt alegerea cea mai buna, deoarece se hidrateaza mult mai rapid si creeaza o baza moale, ideala pentru o textura de budinca.
- Seminte de chia: Bogate in fibre, acizi grasi Omega-3, proteine si minerale precum calciu si magneziu. Sunt esentiale pentru a transforma compozitia intr-o budinca adevarata. Ele absorb lichidul si creeaza acel gel nutritiv. Prefer semintele de chia de la Sanovita pentru ca au avut o consistenta buna si o calitate constanta de fiecare data cand le-am folosit.
- Amestec de fibre Psyllium – In: Ofera un aport ridicat de fibre solubile si insolubile, contribuind la un tranzit intestinal sanatos. Ajuta la ingrosarea budincii, oferindu-i acea densitate pe care ne-o dorim. Imi place foarte mult amestecul de tarate de psyllium si in zdrobit de la Econatur.
- Seminte de dovleac: Sursa valoroasa de proteine vegetale, grasimi sanatoase, zinc, magneziu si fier. Lasate la hidratat inca de la inceput, devin fragede si sunt mai placute la consum. Cel mai des aleg semintele de dovleac de la Sanovita.
- Lapte (degresat sau vegetal): Lichidul de baza in care se hidrateaza toate ingredientele uscate. Poti folosi lapte de vaca degresat sau varianta ta vegetala preferata (cel de migdale neindulcit sau de ovaz functioneaza foarte bine).
- Iaurt proteic: Fie ca alegi un iaurt simplu cu continut scazut de grasime sau un iaurt proteic, acesta aduce cremozitate preparatului. In ultimul timp am folosit iaurtul cu proteine si 0% grasime de la Olympus.
- Pudra proteica sau colagen: Ingredientul care transforma budinca intr-o masa fit. O pudra proteica cu aroma de vanilie sau ciocolata alba ofera budincii un gust dulce si aromat, dar poti folosi si pudra de colagen daca vrei o varianta fara o aroma intensa. Eu le alternez in functie de gust si de ceea ce imi doresc in perioada respectiva. Folosesc pudra proteica de la ON si pudra de colagen de la Pro Nutrition, varianta fara aroma.
- Fructe proaspete de sezon (sau congelate in timpul iernii): Ofera vitamine, minerale, antioxidanti si fibre, sustinand sistemul imunitar si aportul zilnic de micronutrienti. Vara aleg fructe de padure proaspete (zmeura, afine, mure), iar iarna las fructele congelate sa se dezghete usor deasupra budincii pentru un sos natural delicios.



Impreuna, aceste ingrediente formeaza o masa echilibrata, bogata in proteine, fibre si grasimi sanatoase, care ofera energie constanta pe parcursul mai multor ore.

gReteta rapida si nutritiva de budinca proteica cu chia, ovaz, seminte si fructe de padure, ideala pentru micul dejun. Este o masa echilibrata care asigura o satietate de durata si ofera 28g de proteine si peste 16g de fibre per portie.
Ingrediente
10 g ovaz
15 g seminte de chia
10 g seminte de dovleac
10 g fibre mix (tarate psyllium si in)
150 ml lapte 1,5%
10 g – 15 g pudra proteica sau colagen
30 g iaurt
100 g fructe (mix de fructe de padure sau orice e in sezon)
Instructiuni
- Intr-un bol incapator, se adauga ingredientele solide in cantitatile cantarite: fulgii de ovaz, semintele de chia, semintele de dovleac, amestecul de fibre (psyllium si in).
- Peste acest mix se toarna laptele (degresat sau vegetal) si se amesteca totul bine cu o lingura.
- Se lasa deoparte la hidratat timp de 2 ore.
- Fix inainte de masa, se adauga pudra proteica (sau colagenul) si iaurtul. Se amesteca bine pana cand compozitia devine cremoasa.
- La final, se adauga fructele proaspete deasupra si budinca este gata de savurat.
