
Daca tot am intrat in 2026 cu forte proaspete, mi-am pus pe lista o rezolutie care sa ma impace si cu oglinda, dar si cu papilele gustative: mai multe proteine in farfurie. Stiti deja ca nu ma pot lipsi de micile momente dulci ale zilei (la plural, pentru ca sunt mai multe pe zi 😅), asa ca marea provocare a fost sa transform desertul intr-un aliat pentru sala. Iar cand spun „desert proteic” ingredientul vedeta este, inevitabil, pudra proteica. Recunosc, relatia mea cu ea a fost una complicata; in shake-uri sau smoothie-uri pur si simplu nu ne intelegem 🫣.
Dar nu m-am lasat! Dupa multe teste, texturi esuate si tehnici de gatit, pot spune in sfarsit ca am gasit cateva formule magice pentru retete care nu doar ca „merg”, dar sunt si gustoase. Si cum sunt un „chocolate addict” declarat, majoritatea experimentelor mele au, evident, o baza generoasa de cacao.

Vedeta zilei: Brownie proteic (fara faina, fara zahar)
Reteta de astazi este un rasfat ciocolatos care bifeaza toate casutele:
- Fara indulcitori artificiali: mergem pe varianta naturala – banane;
- Fara faina: pentru o textura densa si umeda;
- Hipolipidic: pentru ca, deh, dupa o varsta, incepem sa ne uitam si la cifrele colesterolului.
E desertul ala „de siguranta” cand ai pofta de ceva bun, dar parca n-ai vrea sa dai cu piciorul la tot efortul de la sala. Se face rapid, dispare si mai rapid! 😋

160g branza slaba 0.5%
40g cacao
60g pudra proteine cu aroma de vanilie
1 fiola esenta vanilie dr Oetker sau o lingurita esenta vanilie
1 praf de sare
50g ciocolata amara 70%
Instructiuni
- Se pun toate ingredientele in blender si se amesteca cateva minute pana cand compozitia este omogena si fina.
- La final se adauga 40g ciocolata maruntita, sau fulgi de ciocolata si se amesteca usor sa se incorporeze bine.
- Se toarna compozitia in tava si se presara deasupra restul de 10g ciocolata.
- Se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C, timp de 25-28 minute. (atentie sa nu depaseasca timpul, pentru ca mijlocul trebuie sa ramana usor umed, ca de brownie)
