Pentru doua portii:
– 3 cartofi de marime medie
– 300 grame ciuperci champignon proaspete
– o ceapa mica
– 50g cascaval
1. Cartofii se pun la fiert in coaja si cand sunt facuti in proportie de 80% se iau de pe foc. Se lasa la racit, se curata de coaja si se dau prin razatoare. Se adauga sare dupa gust.
2. Ciupercile se curata si se pun in robot/blender impreuna cu ceapa. Se mixeaza pana totul devine o pasta. Se adauga sare dupa gust.
3. Cascavalul se da prin razatoare.
4. In forme termorezistente, se adauga un strat de cartofi si un strat de pasta de ciuperci. Se dau la cuptor timp de 20-30 de minute. Se scot, se adauga cascavalul ras deasupra si se mai lasa in cuptor 5 minute.
