Curcan cu migdale si sweet chilli sauce


– 500 gr carne de curcan
– 50 gr fulgi de migdale
– 2 linguri ulei de masline
– sweet chilli sauce

1. Se taie carnea in bucati mici si se prajeste in ulei.

2. Cand este gata, se adauga migdalele si sare dupa gust.

3. Dupa ce se aseaza in farfurie, se adauga sosul de chilli peste carne in cantitatea dorita.

4. Se serveste cu salata verde.
